Carroll County Cannabis Company is honored to be named Best Cultivator in Missouri by Greenway Magazine’s Best of the Industry Awards, with a record number of over 200,000 ballots casted this year. Even more, Belushi’s Farm Mule Fuel, proudly grown by our team, took home Best Flower Cultivar, a win that speaks directly to the care and consistency we put into every harvest.

Founded in 2020 on the principle of a slow grow, Carroll County Cannabis Company is creating the blue print for a responsibly, ethically, and organically managed cannabis cultivation.
Based out of Carrollton, Missouri, C4 has built a team of over 30 crew members that bring over 150 years of cannabis cultivation experience and innovation to our 70,000 square foot operation.
From premium cannabis flower to the highest THC testing concentrates, C4 packs the potency.
Known for our top selling strains like Bubba Fett, Super Lemon Haze, and Blue Dream, C4’s Clean Green® cultivated flower tests 5%-6% higher in THC per strain compared to the national average for comparable strains. In fact, over half of our roster of strains, on average, test at 26% or higher in THC.
From its inception, C4 has always emphasized the importance of cultivating a Clean Green® Certified product and was the first certified Clean Green® cultivator in the state.
From seed to sale, C4 is dedicated to a higher standard of cultivation and manufacturing. We’ve partnered with companies like Bio 365 for our organically managed cultivation. Creating a consistently better product while leading the industry in lower carbon emissions is what we strive to do.
